The process of beginning to use Noticia Go in a new Nuix environment is quite straightforward. The application is compatible with most recent versions of Nuix Discover & Neo Discover on-premises as well as al versions of SaaS.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, you must have the following:
- License agreement & billing configured
- Noticia Go app URL for your region provided by your onboarding specialist
- Organization ID provided by your onboarding specialist
- Portal administrator permissions.
How to install Noticia Go
- From your portal home, navigate to the UI extensions section under Portal Management
- Click 'Add'
- Under 'Name' type "Noticia Go"
- Under 'Configuration' type "ORG_ID=yourOrgID" (do not include the quotations)
- Under 'URL' paste the provided URL
- Click the icon to generate an Authentication Secret. Send this to your onboarding specialist
- Click 'Next' and 'Save'
The installation is now complete. Once you have confirmation that your onboarding specialist has connected your instance to the database with the Authentication Secret, you can assign permissions and begin using Noticia Go.
Assign Permissions
Once you have completed the installation, you must assign permissions. Select Noticia Go from the list of UI extensions and navigate to Organizations - assign it to the required organizations. Navigate to Cases and assign it to the required cases.
